Our aim is not to provide a purely "Box Shifting" service, but to offer complete support for all of the products that we sell.

Sales
If you have any questions about any of the products we provide then contact us using Sales, whether you need to know what batteries an item requires, simply want to know what colour an item is, or even if there are similar items available, simply ask us. We will endevour to answer any questions you may have.
Customer Support
Our Customer Services team are here to help you with any administration issues. If there are any items out of stock that you require, or if you have trouble adding items to the Shopping Cart, etc, these are the geeks that sit at the computer most of the day playing Solitaire, occasionally tweaking the buttons, pages and product descriptions on the website. So if you see any problems with the website, no matter how small it is, contact them!
Technical Support
If you have any questions regarding the operation of a product once it has been purchased, then contact our Technical Support boffins who seem to know anything and everything about the items we sell. See if you can catch them out!!
Returns
Because we do not expect our customers to feel unhappy with any of the products we supply. We offer a 7 day Changed My Mind Service which allows our customers to return any product to us within 7 days. We will offer a full refund excluding delivery charges. We have to stress however that products MUST be returned to us in original packaging and must be unused and unopened.
If you find that your item has been delivered incorrectly or if it is damaged at the time of delivery please contact us immediately. Often damaged items are caused via the delivery service, therefore we need to report it asap, please retain all packaging especially if it is damaged.
If you find your item to be defective or faulty, either at the time of delivery, or after a period of usage, you may find that your product is covered by a manufacturers warrantee. All products have different lengths of manufacturers warrantees so contact us in order for us to assist you.
If your product needs to be returned please contact Returns to arrange the necessary repair or replacement.
