Real-Tech Gadgets Ltd takes privacy and security rights seriously. During the course of trading, we may gather personal information which is kept strictly confidential.

Real-Tech Gadgets Ltd will not release personal telephone or address details to any third parties, except in the following situations:

If required by a courier delivery agent in order to contact you regarding your delivery. Required by our merchant bank card processor to verify credit and debit card authenticity As required by law and requested by the court

We will also ensure that any ex-directory numbers given are not used in any further correspondence. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses, we will only send you marketing information if you have agreed to receive them at time of checkout. However we do use cookies to store address information on the order form. We do not store any sensitive data in a cookie.

Is the online payment process secure?

When you type your credit card number into the secure trading screen, your web browser is in secure mode. Your browser will encode what you type and our server will decode it. We use "Secure Socket Layers" which all trading web sites use. A padlock will appear on the bottom of the screen when in secure mode.

Our payment processing is carried out via Paypal and Google Checkout. With both methods, we do not see your payment information as it is handled directly via Paypal and Google Checkout.
